Description
This is a night shot I took while working late one night of my company's headquarters. This is the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. We're responsible for bringing water from the Colorado River, Sierra Nevada Snowpack, and the Bay Delta all the way to Southern California. The US Government considers us one of the country's 7 most important infrastructures. Water is life, right?Enjoy!

Think you can get it right with proper camera settings without the us of HDR actually.
Looks like you have got a tiny yellow cast (ie white balance being slightly off).
Section of sky has a bit of noise and light flare (would try to fix/heal/noise reduce that part of the composition).
Water is life!

I'd try a color balance of -46, -25, +70 (or thereabouts). Unless you like cast, but personally I think it detracts from some of the cool colors in the fountain-base and in other parts of the image.
As far as the actual composition goes -- no complaints there. I could definitely see this on their website or hanging in their lobby or something -- you've captured it quite well. Nice work

only the bright light at the left below part disturbs.

I kinda like the greenish/yellow to it. Makes if feel golden.

(+1, 0, -4) bracketing would be better imo
